Service Description
Specialising in musculoskeletal disorders within sport and exercise. I work with athletes to prevent, assess, and rehabilitate injuries, helping them return to optimal performance. The role combines principles of sport and exercise science with hands-on therapeutic techniques to manage a patient’s journey from injury back to full fitness. Your treatment plan may consist of a number of modalities including, Home care advice, Rehabilitation exercise, Manual Hands On therapy, Ultrasound or cupping therapy, Postural correction and mobility. Often pain is due to a combination of mechanical overload, protective spasm and postural compensation, Your Treatment plan will help address this dysfunction.

Appointment Policy Notice. All online appointment bookings require your payment in full by bank transfer at the time of making your booking request, only then will we be able to confirm your requested appointment time slot. Please note that all online appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Failure to attend your appointment without adequate notice will result in the loss of your fee.
