Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy Notice Please note that all therapy appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee. A £10.00 non-refundable booking reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Your appointment will only be confirmed once this fee has been received. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
