Specialising in musculoskeletal disorders within sport and exercise. I work with athletes to prevent, assess, and rehabilitate injuries, helping them return to optimal performance. The role combines principles of sport and exercise science with hands-on therapeutic techniques to manage a patient’s journey from injury back to full fitness. Your treatment plan may consist of a number of modalities including, Home care advice, Rehabilitation exercise, Manual Hands On therapy, Ultrasound or cupping therapy, Postural correction and mobility. Often pain is due to a combination of mechanical overload, protective spasm and postural compensation, your treatment plan will help address this dysfunction. Using sports & clinical massage therapy I also offer treatments for the following issues, Muscle spasms, strains & sprains - Back pain - Frozen shoulder - Tennis & Golfers elbow and sciatica.
