The 90 min Full Body Sports Massage Treatment Focuses on all of the major muscle groups to the Anterior and Posterior of your body (Front & Back) It therefore covers the following areas. Neck, Shoulders & Arms. Upper & Lower back. Thighs & Calfs. This treatment does not include the Head, Hands & Feet (see 30min treatment) A restorative sports massage aims to resolve musculoskeletal complications regarding joint pains, sore and tight muscles, and issues relating to a restricted range of motion (especially that of the legs and arms). It helps to regulates the blood circulation and oxygenation of muscles tissues, helps boosts the immune system, refreshes the mind and serves as a ‘reset’ button for the brain to rid itself of all its anxieties. This calming and rejuvenated effect on the mind helps may also help alleviate some of the symptoms of depression, and hypertension. Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time.

I will be unable to treat you If you have a cough, cold or are unwell in any way so if you do need to cancel please try to let me know as soon as possible, as your cancellation could be offered to another client. You will then be offered a full refund or the chance to re-book. If you wish to take advantage of my mobile home visit service you will be required to pay for your treatment via bank transfer in advance to secure your booking appointment slot.
