Sports & Clinical Massage Treatment uses hands-on techniques to manipulate the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the body. It works to improve the efficiency of the musculoskeletal system, It has been proven to be effective for releasing and reducing tension in the muscles, improving circulation, encouraging the removal of waste products such as lactic acid and stimulating or suppressing nerve activity, This appointment aims to treat two types of conditions. Sports Massage Therapy will help release muscle spasms in your back, shoulders, neck or legs and it is especially effective in aiding the removal of trigger points (Knots) deep within the muscle fibres. Clinical Massage therapy is aimed at soft tissue injuries & dysfunctions such as: Myofascial Pain Syndrome Rotator cuff syndrome Sciatica Frozen Shoulder Fibromyalgia with this treatment other modalities may also be used to compliment your treatment plan such as: Manual Therapy Therapeutic Ultrasound Therapy & Electrotherapy. Massage Cupping. Thermal & Cryotherapy Rehabilitation Exercise. You can discuss your treatment requirements with the therapist at the time of your consultation. Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time.

I will be unable to treat you If you have a cough, cold or are unwell in any way so if you do need to cancel please try to let me know as soon as possible, as your cancellation could be offered to another client. You will then be offered a full refund or the chance to re-book. If you wish to take advantage of my mobile home visit service you will be required to pay for your treatment via bank transfer in advance to secure your booking appointment slot.
