Service Description

Sports & Clinical Massage Treatment uses hands-on techniques to manipulate the muscles, tendons and ligaments in the body. It works to improve the efficiency of the musculoskeletal system, It has been proven to be effective for releasing and reducing tension in the muscles, improving circulation, encouraging the removal of waste products such as lactic acid and stimulating or suppressing nerve activity, This appointment aims to treat two types of conditions. Sports Massage Therapy will help release muscle spasms in your back, shoulders, neck or legs and it is especially effective in aiding the removal of trigger points (Knots) deep within the muscle fibres. Clinical Massage therapy is aimed at soft tissue injuries & dysfunctions such as: Myofascial Pain Syndrome Rotator cuff syndrome Sciatica Frozen Shoulder Fibromyalgia With this treatment other modalities may also be used to compliment your treatment plan such as: Manual Therapy Therapeutic Ultrasound Therapy & Electrotherapy. Massage Cupping. Thermal & Cryotherapy Rehabilitation Exercise. You can discuss your treatment requirements with the therapist at the time of your consultation. Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time.

Cancelation Policy

New bookings may be subject to a booking deposit of £10.00 with the balance due in cash on the day of your treatment. No shows or late arrivals will forfeit their deposit. I require at least 24hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling for all online bookings. Please arrive on time, I am unable to treat you if you are more than 10 minutes late as I generally have other clients due to arrive shortly after your appointment. I cannot run over my allocated treatment time slots. Please do not attend If you have a cough, cold or are unwell in any way. Please try to let me know if you are unable to attend due to ill health as soon as possible as missed appointments result in loss of time and revenue to my business. You may pay the balance of your treatment fee on the day of your appointment either in Cash, Card or Bank Transfer. Thank you.
