Service Description

The 30min Sports & Clinical Massage Treatment is aimed at treating two types of requirements both focus on small areas of treatment therefore this appointment slot is generally (not) suitable for issues related to the back. The 30 min appointment slot is not suitable if this is your first appointment with us as the Therapist will need to complete a full consultation with you first. Post Event Sports Massage Treatment focuses on the following purposes. To decrease muscle soreness. To cool the body down and prevent excess adrenaline from causing symptoms such as involuntary body shaking and cold sweats. To reduce muscle tension in individual body parts. To improve blood circulation to a specific body part. To facilitate the body’s fast return to its prime state. Ideally, a post-event sports massage should be carried out within the 12-24hr period following the high-intensity activity. The 30min Clinical Massage Treatment is aimed at treating soft tissue injuries & dysfunctions such as: Plantar Fasciitis Tennis Elbow Golfers Elbow Knee inflammation Ankle pain / Sprains Achilles pain Neck Spasm With this manual therapy treatment other modalities may also be used to compliment your treatment plan such as: Therapeutic Ultrasound Therapy & Electrotherapy. Clinical Cupping Therapy. Thermal & Cryotherapy Rehabilitation Exercise. Please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time. Cash or card payments accepted on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

When arriving for your appointment please park on my driveway if it is clear. If you have a cough, cold or are unwell in any way on the day please do not attend your appointment as a high temperature reading at the start of your consultation will mean that I am unable to treat you. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please try to give me at least 24 hours notice. You may pay for your treatment on the day of your appointment in Cash, Bank Transfer or by Card Payment.
