As Covid19 restrictions begin to lift and we all eagerly head back to the gym the last thing you need is to have to miss a session due to poor recovery and muscle soreness.



Post-Sports Massage

A great advantage of post-sports massage is that it reduces muscle inflammation and minimises Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).


How ?

Due to its muscle soothing effects, your recovery time is decreased, letting you heal at a remarkable pace.

As post-event massage usually works on the soft tissues, using compression to enhance fluid movement which in turn helps the muscle fibres spread as well as increased range of movement (ROM)

I offer 30min sessions which are designed to work specific body parts or 45mins to 1hour appointments ideal for targeting the whole body.
